East trip to Paris in 4 days takes us back to France and also back to the City of love, after meeting her several years ago, when we were enjoying the city for nothing more and nothing less than 12 days.
On this occasion the getaway will be somewhat shorter, but it will allow us to discover Paris in 4 days, time that we believe will be enough to visit the most tourist and emblematic areas of the city, and also describe some new places, which we met after writing the post 100 things to see and do in Paris, where we have got more than one idea for these 4 days.
We will start this trip to Paris in 4 days from Barcelona, where on Friday at noon we will fly to Orly to from there move to the center of Paris, where we will stay these days thanks to the Hotel de Nell, located between the Louvre and Montmartre, where we will enjoy a perfect location in the heart of the District 9, to start touring the city. And although we have just arrived, knowing each other we will not be able to go out to rediscover Paris at night and then go to the Latin Quarter, one of our favorites for dinner and end the day.
Saturday will be our first full day in Paris and we want to dedicate the morning as emblematic places as the Montmartre neighborhood, where we will surely be part of the morning, and then we will go to Saint Lazare, the Galeries Lafayette, the Opera Garnier, the Church of the Madeleine, the beautiful Place Vendome and the Jardin de les Tulleries and later in the afternoon tour the Champs Elysees and enjoy a sunset over the Eiffel Tower from Trocadero.
If you are going to visit many places of interest and attractions of the city, it is advisable to buy the Paris Pass, you will save enough money.
Sunday, our second full day of this trip to Paris in 4 days we will dedicate it to tour the Passage des Panoramas, the Galerie Vivienne, approach the incredible Louvre, then go through the Saint Chapelle, the Place Lois Lepine and of course, visit the Cathedral of Notre Dame, one of the symbols of Paris.
If we have time, we would like to visit the catacombs of Paris, something that we did not do on our trip to Paris in 12 days and that the truth we have in mind since then.
On Monday, our last day in the city, we will approach the Pompidou Center, the City Hall of Paris, the Rue des Rosiers, the Place des Vosgues, the Place de la Bastille, the Canal Sant Martin, the Island of Saint Louis, the Luxembourg Garden and we will approach some of the most emblematic places of the city to be able to enjoy them and of course, bring with us a photograph to continue remembering them until Paris calls us again.
In the late afternoon you will have to move to the airport, this time to Charles de Gaulle to fly thanks to Air France back home, where we will begin to prepare the practical guide of this trip to Paris in 4 days.
